Hubby loved these...had to add a little extra milk to the sauce but overall a great recipe!

This recipe SOUNDED great...but it was a BIG disappointment. First...the herbs...if this was supposed to be FRESH herbs perhaps a TABLESPOON would have been okay...but since I was using dry herbs I cut it back to a teaspoon of each.. That seemed to be okay. The BIG problem is 1/4 cup of flour and 1/4 cup of milk. Do you know what you get when you mix equal parts of flour and liquid? LIBRARY PASTE. Despite adding A LOT more liquid I still ended up with a disgusting glop rather than the lovely sauce/gravy pictured. This makes me very reluctant to try any more recipes from "A Mom's Take".
