Really enjoyed this! It was easy to make. I didn't have basil or thyme so I just doctored it up a little bit with some spices I had, but the base of the recipe is excellent.

Was quick and easy to make, however could doing with a little more flavour for that little something extra. In saying it was tasty enough for a simple weeknight meal. I cooked off the sauce ingredients in a pan first and added a chicken stock cube which I think elevated it a little. I also served with steamed vegies and a little bit of pasta.

Very easy. People seemed to like it, but didn’t rave. I halved the breasts horizontally so they would cook faster. The sauce was tasty but very thin. I wish I had thickened it up. Made for great leftovers.

This dish was very so-so. I didn't really like the sauce, but the marinade and mozzarella on the chicken were decent! Probably wouldn't make again.

I don’t think I’ve written a review before but this recipe warrants a review. I have spent my life ordering takeout since I’m so busy and therefor I’m a pretty mediocre cook. This dish was not only easy to make but when I was done it looked like a chef made it and it tasted amaaaaaaaaaazing. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!

I added a teaspoon of olive oil and the white wine vinegar per each chicken breast while marinating. The directions were a little confusing for this part. For the rest of it I followed per instructions. Very good! Will make again!

It turned out great! It was very easy and simple to make. Two tips: 1.) if your chicken breast are really big, slice them so it cooks faster. 2.) Make sure you have a big enough pan to spread out all the ingredients evenly. If it's cramped,it will take longer to cook due to all the juices from the tomatoes and chicken.

Definitely broiled the mozzarella for too long, but it still turned out great! VERY garlicy, which I'm a big fan of, but if you're not a big garlic person, might want to cut back.

I loved it, I probably should have let the chicken marinate a little longer, I only marinated them about 10 minutes because I was pressed on time. Will definitely make it again and marinate longer!
