So good! Added a bunch more black pepper to the marinade and the final product and more butter as well. Adding this to one of our regular dinners. Next time I’ll boil some green beans and toss them in at the end along with the potatoes to add a little green to the dish

Used sirloin instead and boiled potatos like suggested. Steak was very tender with just enough spice.

Tasty-would be better with sirloin; flank steak is sometimes gristle-y. Plan for double the time to prepare; even with par-boiling the potatoes, they took 2x as long to cook as instructions said.

This was amazing! The butter steak had tons of flavor. I would just use a little less soy sauce. And I boiled the potatoes and then cooked them in the pan to get golden brown. The whole meal was great.

Really delicious and flavorful. I boiled the potatoes as recommended to ensure that they cooked prior to pan searing them. Make sure to add some extra spices at the end. I also added a bit more butter to create a reduced sauce to pour over the potatoes and meat. I also used low sodium gluten free soy sauce which helped with the saltiness and it didn’t overpower the other flavors.

This steak was absolutely delicious!! The only issue I had was, since I’m somewhat of a beginner to cooking, I struggled to get the potatoes to cook all the way through and not stick to the pan, But OH MY GOODNESS, that steak. Amazing.
