turned out delicious and I love the little spice kick that the sriracha gives, very flavorful!
A little bit too spicy, but other than that great! Next time my only corrections would be to boil the potatoes for the entire 8 minutes, instead of the 6 that I did... and add less Red Pepper Flakes.

The potatoes were too soft to brown in the pan so we made mashed potatoes. I think if you don’t peel potatoes they may hold up better than ours did after boiling

It had great flavor, but DEFINITELY toooo salty. I will try this again, but either use low-salt soy sauce or don’t put the marinade in the pan at the end...or do both.
