Delicious! There were two steps left out of the instructions I didn’t see anywhere of how much oil to use for the steak but I figured it out. also didn’t see what to do with the parsley, also from the pictures you know but still, it should be written in the instructions

Tried this tonight very easy and fast it was very flavorful... cooked the meat to med rare... it was tender I think to cook it less rather than more it’s sliced so thin even if it isn’t as well done as you usually eat you really won’t notice it

The only thing I did different was that I added steak seasoning to give it a little more flavor. The store was out of parsley.. :/ I reverse seared the steak instead and served it over a bed of quinoa. Not a scrap left!
