Holy amazing! These are to die for! I get the thick cut boneless American cut pork Chops, I made 5 of them and they were the best chops I’ve ever eaten let alone made!

This turned out awesome! Such a simple and quick recipe. I had some pork fat so I issued that instead of olive oil. Side dishes were asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes!

Awesome recipe! Restaurant quality and so quick & easy! Loved it. Note: In the garlic butter- used 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves and added a little granulated garlic along with a few diced cloves. On the chops- seasoned with salt and little pepper, and Montreal steak & chop seasoning. Used meat tenderizer on chopsticks well, since mine were so thick.

Nice and juicy, I used the time recommended on recipe and it turned out just right. We ate dinner with corn on the cob. And compliment it with a chilled bottle of Pinot Grigio.

It was an amazing tasty lunch. I did it just like it is explaned on instructions but I also add a mustard at a preparation and after that I put salt and black paper. Perfec, also my son loved tham and ask me next time when I have to prepare Pork Chops to be just on this way. Thanks.

Came out perfect! At first i thought i was going to overcook it with the recommended oven time, but i managed to keep it from overcooking by adding more of the butter mix. In the future I'll be adding a sprig or two of rosemary and watching my sear more closely. With the combination of a low flash point oil (olive oil) and fresh ground pepper corns be prepared for some smoke. This dish paired wonderfully with a sauvignon blanc from New Zealand. The name of the vineyard is escaping me at the moment but regardless I'd recommend a sauvignon blanc or pinot grigio, with simple dishes like this a good wine pairing can really raise the bar, and make your experience 5 star. I hope this recipe brings as much joy to you as it did for me and my family. Enjoy yummlies!

Turned out like a 5-star dinner! I modified the recipe to use 3 minced shallots instead of garlic, added fresh thyme and, of course, more butter. Pairs well with broccoli rabe and a wonderful Pinot/Burgundy or Rose.

Simple to make, tastes great. Replaced garlic with shallots and used all olive oil no butter and was still very pleased with the outcome

I've made this twice and it was great both times. My kids also thought it was good, and when I find something they like it gets my vote.
