A delicious recipe that was easy to make.

I’ve used a similar recipe and added about a tbsp of dried thyme and dried sage.

This was really good. A little too salty and the balsamic didn’t come through as much as I would have liked so maybe take away half a tablespoon of salt and add a half tablespoon more of balsamic. Seared for 5 minutes in a cast iron and finished in oven.
Oh my goodness! This was absolutely delicious and so easy! We cooked it in our oven. The times are spot on for a juicy loin! Definitely making this again.
GREAT and delicious! Would cut a little of the salt out though

This is definitely a favorite for dinner. Its very juice and the flavor is great. I’ve only made it twice and both times it was done so on a grill over charcoal.

So delicious!!! I used 2 tsp of salt instead of three cause I read previous review that said it was a bit too salt and to cut it. This worked perfectly. I will definitely do this one again!

So easy but so delicious! I marinated for about 8 hours then seared in hot frypan and baked in oven 20 minutes. Served with steamed vegetables 😋 Definitely be making again
Very good! Will make again but will cut the pepper in half

Really great marinade! Delicious and is an easy/quick prep. Depending on your salt preference, you may want to use less. I'll definitely be making this again.

really solid dinner. i followed recipe exactly, but for the actual cooking. no grill, so used grill pan to sear, preheated oven to 400, put seared loin and grill pan in oven for about 20 (internal temp 140 on meat)

This recipe was delicious! We doubled the recipe and are freezing half. It turned out too salty, so we would probably cut the salt in had Our two-year-old ate all of his serving. Kid-approved and adult-approved!
