  • 15 cups fresh vegetables (assorted cubed, herbs, whole garlic pulsed in food processor until blended, I used celery, carrots, red and purple bell peppers, LOTS of tomatoes, onions, basil, oregano, parsley, 5 garlic cloves, half of a Serrano pepper, small piece of jalapeno pepper, arugula, spinach—you may need to do several small batches in the food processor)
  • 1 cup olive oil (drizzle in the food processor to make blending easier)
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1/2 cup green olives (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper (fresh)
