These were unique in texture and flavor. I couldn't get my kids to eat them because they didn't "look right". However, with the leftovers the next day, I popped them in the toaster to warm and brown them and the kids ate them without a complaint. I wanted to try them for the health factor, but will have to stick to buttermilk pancakes.
