- 1 pinch salt (optional and to taste)
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips (for batter)
- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk (just eyeball it)
- 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (for sprinkling)

So delicious!!! I kinda wish I had never come across these. I have made them twice and I eat way too many!
