  • 475 grams strong white flour (15 oz, 4-1/2 cups)
  • 2 tablespoons milk powder
  • 3 tablespoons light brown sugar (soft)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 100 grams muesli (3-1/2 oz, 1/2 cup fruit)
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons dried yeast (fast-action)
  • 300 milliliters water (1/2 pint, 1-1/4 cups, I only used about 250ml)
  • 100 grams dried apricots (3-1/2 oz, 1/2 cup ready-to-eat)
  • 50 grams dried cranberries (2 oz, 1/4 cup)
  • 1 egg yolk (to glaze)
  • 3 tablespoons muesli (to decorate, I use rolled oats instead)
