Ingredients

  • 200 grams sugar
  • 100 grams flour
  • 50 grams margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 strawberries (yogurts)
  • strawberries (chopped)
  • kiwi (chopped)

Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2Grease a pie pan with margarine, and sprinkle with flour, or line pan with parchment paper.
  3. 3Mix sugar, flour, margarine, and eggs until you get a smooth texture.
  4. 4Spread the dough in the pie pan.
  5. 5In a bowl, mix the yogurt, strawberries, and kiwi.
  6. 6Pour the fruit mixture in the pie crust, and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
  7. 7Check regularly, doing the toothpick test.
  8. 8Remove from oven, let cool completely, and unmold.
  9. 9Serve cool.
