I use chia seeds instead of hemp, but this smoothie is always delicious with a fruity flavor despite the other healthy ingredients you throw in. If you’re looking for a healthy breakfast/snack option, 10/10 recommend

HI, I make a smoothie similar to this, I use Blueberries, Mango, handful of spinach, a carrot, a quarter of a banana, 2 tsp slivered almonds and tsp of unsweetened coconut flakes, unsweetened almond milk (1/2 cup) and a quarter scoop of protein powder (low carb and gf) it's delicious and it's a meal...I use the Nutra Ninja.

I was looking for a mixed fruit smoothie on Google when I happened onto your "Fruit and Veggie Smoothie." Boy was surprised! You see I had made a fruit and veggie smoothie since I had bought a new Ninja today. I thought I was making up the ingredients until I ran into your recipe. I used a about a hand full of baby spinach, 1 level scoop of Whey protein, 1 ice cube, 2 carrots, 1/4 cup strawberries, 1 small banana, 1/2 cup of blackberries, 1/4 cup whole milk, and 1.6 oz greek plain yogurt. It was great!
