  • 3 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon blue cheese (Goat Cheese-, and Feta will also work nicely)
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar (I used Zinfandel Vinegar)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil (good)
