  • 100 milliliters Flora Cuisine
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 100 grams light brown sugar
  • 200 grams porridge oats
  • 100 grams sunflower seeds
  • 50 grams sesame seeds
  • 50 grams chopped walnuts (or almonds)
  • 100 grams dried fruit (such as cranberries or chopped apricots)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to gas mark 4/180°C/160°C fan/350°F.
    2. Place the Flora Cuisine, honey, cinnamon and sugar in a pan and gently heat, stirring, until it all melts together.
    3. Remove pan from the heat and stir in the remaining ingredients, mixing well.
    4. Transfer the mixture to a greased, lined 22cm square baking tray. Press down firmly with the back of a spoon. Bake for 30 minutes until golden-brown.
    5. Once baked, cut them into 16 bars, allowing them to cool a little before lifting the bars out.
