Ingredients

  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream (slightly softened)
  • 1/2 tablespoon green tea (powdered)
  • 1 1/2 ounces crystallised ginger (finely chopped)
  • 2 oranges (peeled, segmented)
  • 1 apple (cored, thinly sliced)
  • 1 asian pear (cored, thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 lime (juiced)
  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions

  1. Combine ice cream with powdered green tea and crystallized ginger. Freeze for several hours, to overnight.
  2. Arrange fruit on a serving platter or in individual glasses. Drizzle with lime juice and honey. Serve with ice cream.
