Made with just three simple ingredients, these Frozen Orange Martini Popsicles will soon become your favorite frozen treat. Made from a combination of pulp free orange juice and vermouth, these Frozen Orange Martini Popsicles are slightly sweetened with honey. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze. Serve these adult popsicles at your next big summer event. Make them even more fun by using fun and funky popsicle molds. Store with caution as these popsicles are not kid friendly.


  • 500 milliliters orange juice (without pulp)
  • 50 milliliters vermouth (rosato)
  • 2 tablespoons honey


  1. Mix the juice, honey, and vermouth together. Pour into a popsicle mold and insert the popsicle sticks.
  2. Freeze until solid.

These tasted lovely! I found them to be a creative way to serve alcohol on a hot day. The guests loved them. I have been inspired by this recipe to try it out with other kinds of flavored wines and fruit juices. Of course be careful of the proof content of alcohol you are experimenting with as the higher the proof, the lower the temperature required to make it freeze. It may even require a temperature lower than your deep freeze is capable. I tried a plum dessert wine with cranberry juice and it made a good frozen treat as well.
