    It took longer to cook in the oven maybe because my frying pan was smaller. Otherwise it tasted great, easy and fast!

    I would make this again! Turned out perfectly fluffy! I may have put a bit too much pesto as it turned out pretty green! But the kids loved it as they started saying “I love green eggs and ham!”! I also put more mozzarella cheese on there! Yum!!

    Nice flavor, but didn’t get fluffy. Perhaps I put too much pesto or used one that was too liquidy. Was certainly an easy way to prepare a tasty breakfast frittata.
