Fried Wild Salmon w/ Brown SauceZHARIANEIGHBORS
This recipe was nothing but an experiment and it turned out to be really good. I decided to cook this because my mom is on a special diet and she said that she didn't like the salmon so I decided to make something with it. She tried it and thought it was good. I like this recipe because it doesn't have that "oh its fish" taste. There is tang and spice and I really like those elements in food.
- Preheat oil in skill on medium
- thaw out salmon and season with the seasonings and cook in skillet with oil
- in a separate pan sauté onions and tomatoes together until golden brown
