Description

This simple recipe requires just 9 ingredients and 35 minutes to put together. A mixture of shiitake and portobello mushrooms are perfectly paired with tender sausage links. Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onions
  • 8 sausage links
  • 150 grams shiitake
  • 150 grams portobello mushrooms
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • dried oregano
  • white wine

Directions

  1. 1Add the oil to a skillet on medium heat. Add the onions and saute for 5 minutes,
  2. 2Add the sausages and cook for 10 minutes until brown.
  3. 3Add the mushrooms, and a pinch each of salt, black pepper, and oregano. Cook for another 5 to 8 minutes.
