Ingredients

  • 1 potato
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Peel and cut the potato into thin slices.
  2. Season the potato slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the potato slices on a glass plate and place it in the microwave for 3 minutes.
  4. Flip the slices over and cook for another 3 minutes.
  5. If the potatoes do not have a light golden color on both sides, continue cooking them for another 3 minutes.
  6. Let the potatoes cool for 10 minutes and serve.

I never in my wildest dreams thought anything prepared in the microwave to taste so good. These potato slices were extra crispy and very flavorful. This 5 star recipe was an easy and hassle free way for me to create a quick snack anytime of the day. I cannot wait to make these again.
