  • cabbage (cut stick)
  • chicken (left over, or meat, optional)
  • 1 handful bean sprout
  • 2 sticks spring onion (fine chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons chicken (granulated)
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • white pepper
  • water
  • vegetable oil

    Directions

    1. in a pot, boiled egg noodles till soft, drain
    2. In frying pan, add some vege oil, garlic, chicken or meat, stir till meat cooked.
    3. Add cabbage,carrot,and a little bit water.
