The flavors are really good! It’s hard to keep the bacon and parsley on the cauliflower and mushrooms. Next time I’ll mix a little Dijon and balsamic to help give it a little extra stick
I cooked everything with the bacon grease. It was yummy!!!!

Tasted great and was pretty easy! I didn’t drain the bacon grease and just put the cauliflower and mushrooms right in! So good :)

I was a little concerned that the cauliflower wouldn't cook all the way through in the short amount of time this recipe calls for ( relatively speaking) but the dish turned out perfectly. I exchanged dried basil for the fresh parsley and I thought it turned out perfectly. Of course do not use the same ratios as dried versus fresh it's not an equal measure.

The flavor was awesome. I thought the cauliflower was a little over cooked so I would probably either add it later or use larger flowerettes. Will definitely make again.
