Description

French fries move over because these beans have all the flavor without all the fat of frying. Baked in the oven with olive oil and your favorite spices, these beans make the perfect side dish for your dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 can beans
  • olive oil (to taste)
  • salt (to taste)
  • oregano (to taste)
  • red pepper flakes (to taste)
  • garlic powder (to taste)
  • cumin (to taste)
  • spices (Other, if desired)

Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2Place the beans in a colander, rinse under running water. Drain.
  3. 3After well drained, place beans on a tray, sprinkle with a little bit of olive oil, and spices. Toss the beans to spread the seasoning evenly.
  4. 4Bake for 45 minutes, stirring with a wooden spoon occasionally.
  5. 5Serve warm.
