French fries move over because these beans have all the flavor without all the fat of frying. Baked in the oven with olive oil and your favorite spices, these beans make the perfect side dish for your dinner.

  • salt (to taste)
  • oregano (to taste)
  • red pepper flakes (to taste)
  • garlic powder (to taste)
  • cumin (to taste)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
    2. Place the beans in a colander, rinse under running water. Drain.
    3. After well drained, place beans on a tray, sprinkle with a little bit of olive oil, and spices. Toss the beans to spread the seasoning evenly.
    4. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring with a wooden spoon occasionally.
    5. Serve warm.
