Ingredients

2 bananas
water
25 grams sugar
1 pinch ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons anise
35 grams flour
1 eggs
extra-virgin olive oil
honey

Directions

1Peel and chop bananas.
2Place bananas in a bowl and cover with boiling water and let stand for five minutes.
3Drain bananas.
4Mash bananas with sugar, cinnamon, anise, flour and well-beaten egg.
5Mix well until mixture is smooth.
6In a pan, heat plenty of olive oil.
7Drop tablespoons of batter into hot oil and fry until golden.
8Drain cooked fritters on paper towels.
9If desired, serve cold with honey.
