  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes (quartered)
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno pepper (seeded, if desired, and finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 cup hellmann's or best foods real mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Season, if desired, with cayenne pepper sauce. Chill if desired.

Awesome recipe, will definitely make it again

This is pretty good! I added green bell peppers instead of jalapeños to avoid the heat. I didn't really know whether I was supposed to cook the corn or not, so I left it raw. It's a very visually appealing dish, too.
