  • 300 grams water
  • 2 mint leaves (ground)
  • 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 lemon zest (and juice)
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 sprig mint (crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons blackcurrant syrup (or grenadine)
  • greek yogurt (to taste)

    Directions

    1. Wash the strawberries and set a few aside as a garnish.
    2. Remove the stems from the rest and cut them into pieces. Set them aside.
