These turned out great and were super easy to throw together. The only thing I changed was putting a tsp of cinnamon into the batter but I'm a huge cinnamon fan.

The muffins tasted great and were super simple to make! I had just picked fresh strawberries from the garden so that made them even more delicious! I suggest this recipe to ANYONE!!!

these had a really good flavor. but idk if id call the texture muffin like. and it had a flavor that made me rather have a scoop of ice cream with it not so much a muffin which i consider for a breakfast or snack. my son that i made them for loves them. my toddler did not.

Super moist with a cake -like texture. It made a dozen very generous sized muffins. Also baked an extra 5 minutes . I will make these again.
