  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 dry white wine
  • 1 sparkling water (1.5 liters)
  • 6 cups watermelon (Chopped seeded)
  • 1 cup mango (Chopped, or papaya)
  • 1 cup pineapple (Chopped)

Directions

  1. Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the syrup is clear. Set aside to cool.
  2. Combine the syrup, wine, and sparkling water and stir well. Add the remaining fruit and serve cold.
