    Directions

    1. You will find halloumi in Montreal in Trip de Bouffe, in PA stores, or in Arab grocery stores. This cheese has a semi-soft texture and is a mixture of goat and sheep milk. Used ideally for cooking, it may be grilled in olive oil or fried without melting. It is used in salads and for kebabs.
