This is a great recipe for a low fat, low calorie dish. It’s fairly simple, I don't have to go breaking a sweat making some fancy dish to be able to enjoy something tasty and healthy. I have made this more times than I can count. It’s a pretty versatile dish, as well. It’s great with the tuna, but I have also made it with chicken and turkey burger. It’s always good either way I go with it. It also works for either lunch or dinner because it’s filling but not too heavy.
