Fresh Apple Jelly and Yogurt Ice Cream

Description

Try this for a healthier dessert. Filled with apples and yogurt, this sweet and creamy dessert adds only 60 calories. This proves that flavor doesn’t need to be sacrificed for health.

Ingredients

2 lady apples (Pink)
1 teaspoon agar
1 teaspoon sugar
15 grams butter
250 milliliters apple juice
1 pink lady apple
750 grams natural yogurt
2 orange (juice)
110 grams sugar
100 grams cream
2 packets sweets (thickener sold by Demarle)

Directions

1Peel apples and cut into small cubes. Saute in butter until tender.
2Heat the apple juice with 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of agar-agar.
3Boil for 30 seconds.
4Pour the cooked apples in the flower mold, add the liquid. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
5Preheat oven to 110 degrees Celsius.
6For dried apple chips, slice an apple thinly, and bake the slices flat on a parchment paper for 1 1/2 hours.
7To prepare yogurt ice cream, mix yogurt, orange juice, sugar, cream, and packets of sweets in a bowl. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until the mixture thickens. Pour in the ice cream machine and follow the instructions.
