Ingredients

  • 1 sweet onion
  • 1 tablespoon i can't believe it's not butter! spread
  • 1 package knorr rice sides - beef
  • 1 cup swiss cheese
  • 12 ounces thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 2 cups water

Directions

  1. Melt Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium high heat, cook onion, stirring occasionally, until tender and caramelized, about 7 minutes. Remove onion from skillet; set aside.
  2. Stir Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Beef and water into same skillet and cook covered 7 minutes or until rice is tender.
  3. Top rice with 1/2 of the onion, roast beef, remaining onion, then cheese. Cook covered until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
