  • 675 mL apple juice (or water, 3 cups)

  • 3 carrots (peeled and diced)
  • 1/2 frozen peas (large mug each of, and frozen corn)
  • 4 large potatoes (peeled and cut into chunks)
  • 90 m milk (warm, 1/4 to 1/3 cup)
  • 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese (finely)
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
