Fantastic recipe,i tried is so easy to make and my kids love it.My oldest son brought his friends to taste the muffins and he told me that his friends wanted to come every weekend to our house and they asked if "your dad bakes every weekend.We added a bit of Malawi roasted red nuts and crushed nuts to bring in the crunchy taste and it was delicious
