Great burger. My husband loves making burgers on the bbq but was so surprised when I made these on the stove! I added ketchup, mustard, onions and pickles. Om nom nom!

Best burger I’ve ever eaten. Will make again this week, even! We just served them with siracha mayo and crispy dill pickles.

I have been making gourmet style burgers for years. Made these for the family, now these are their favorites!

Awesome, actually made them two nights in a row. First with toasted buns and second with soft right outta the bag. Worth the time to toast buns, adds that extra to the meat.

I made this simple recipe and love it! Using something to put on top of the spatula to press is a great tip. We love a good steak n shake burger and this put me there. I used cheddar cheese instead and it was delicious! The double steak burger with no cheese was good too. Yum!
