- 3/4 cup grapes (seedless)
- 3/4 cup orange segments
- 1 apple (large, cut up)
- 1 pear (large, cut up)
- Toss all ingredients together.
- 1. Serve on lettuce lined plate with scoop of low fat cottage cheese and lite dressing.
- 2. Serve in glass dish with scoop of sherbet on top.
- 3. Serve in bowl topped with yogurt.
