Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and prep the vegetables
- Place the pizza in the oven and set the timer for 10 minutes
- While the pizza cooks, heat a saucepan over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Sauté the onions for about 2 minutes, then add the garlic, broccolini and rosemary. Cover and cook for another 8 minutes, or until the broccolini begins to soften
- Remove the pizza from the oven and layer on the sliced tomatoes, the broccolini mixture, and the optional garnish of Parmesan
- Place the pizza back in the oven and finish baking for 3-5 minutes. Remove the pizza and enjoy!
