Also my grandmother's recipe! I crush 2 candy canes and add that to the mix. Top with a single chocolate chip to make it pretty. We bake at 250 degrees for 45 mins and take them out. After cooling for about 5 mins then remove from cookie sheet.

These were great! I modified the recipe a bit because my boyfriend had a serious sugar craving and we didnt want to wait 4-5 hrs. I baked the cookies at 175C for about 20 minutes or so. I also added about a teaspoon and a half of fresh squeezed lemon juice. They taste like clouds! (Oh, I also omitted the chocolate) yummy!!
