  • 1/4 cup oil (that will take high heat such as peanut or canola)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 lemon (grate some of the peel off before slicing to serve with the scallops)

Wow. This was just.....wow. Flavors were.....wow and the finishing sauce at the end .....wow. Did I mention perfectly deliciously? No? Oh, it’s because I meant...WOW!

Perfect! Just as simple and delicious as advertised. I cut the recipe in half, making just enough for me and my girl. I'm gonna remember this one for when I need to get out of the doghouse.
