1Check the date on the yeast package!!
2Stir yeast and sugar into the warm water and let stand until fully dissolved (about 5 minutes).
3Use dough blade to process flour, butter, and salt for 20 seconds.
4Combine yeast mixture with the cold water.
5With machine running, pour liquid through the feed tube in a slow steady stream, only as fast as the flour can absorb it.
6Continue processing until dough cleans the side of the work bowl, then let machine run for 60 seconds to finish kneading.
