Amazing!!! The only tip I can give is that I filled my measuring spoons for the liquid ingredients right to the brim, then I ended up having to add more icing sugar (another cup!) I recommend going light on the wet ingredients (or just don’t go over). I also made this in the middle of summer. I don’t know if it would be different in the cooler months. This is such a smooth icing and super quick to make (once you’ve sifted 7 cups of sugar!) I did my sifting earlier in the day when I had time. I also put the gelatin in the cold water earlier in the day.
