This was tasty, but I would add WAY more seasoning. The chicken was really nice and moist and I added some mushrooms to make the chicken even juicier. Make sure you cut the bell peppers into large chunks or they fall apart.

I liked this recipe but was disappointed with the lack of flavour provided. I will make again but will at least double the herbs and spices. We served it with a cous cous and quinoa mix.

the chicken turn out very moist and delicious, and the vegetables were tender. the spices for this recipe gave the food a nice flavor with a very mild heat to it. The steam inside the foil can create a lot of water, which i saved for later and used it for some broth.

Packed with flavor and the meat was juicy, I probably would’ve left it in longer to soften the veggies a bit more but I think that’s just a preference. I added red onion for color and served as suggested

I usually don’t enjoy cooking chicken because it turns out bland however this was packed with flavor. I did have to cook it for 40 minutes though but it was worth it 👍🏼

We added Down Home sausage, onions, & asparagus to ours...delicious!! We did have to up the cook time to 40 minutes due to parts of chicken being uncooked but other than that, it’s a SUPER simple recipe & prep (just a little time-consuming).

It is gooooooood! I was afraid, that chiken could be undone, so baked it for 30 minutes, and some vegetables became too soft and soggy, but because of seasoning they were still yammy))) Really, surprisingly yammy, especially broccoli.

It came out amazing!! I used shrimp instead because that's all I had and I added mushrooms. It was very savory and the olive oil added that extra flavor that made it pop. Will definitely be making this again!!

Nice flavor. Added a couple minutes of cook time since I ended up putting in more veggies than called for. Chicken came out nice and soft. Veggies were cooked, but still had a pleasant crunch.
