Delicious. I changed the recipe a little to make more. I added a chicken breast and an extra zucchini then doubled the seasonings. Tastes awesome and the chicken is super tender.

Very simple and quick recipe. However much of the flavor of the seasoning is lost on the vegetables throughout the cooking process. Fortunately, I discovered a container of premade Cajun spice in my cupboard and added a few dashes to each foil packet and that did the trick.

Turned out great! Rather than making individual packs I put it all together in a glass baking dish lined with foil for easy clean-up. Highly recommend this recipe for something easy, fast, and yummy.

Not as much flavor as I would have liked. Next time I make this I will add more seasoning, and will mix a little of the seasoning in at a time to make sure it is distributed evenly. Other than that, this was very easy to put together.

I love this. I cooked this for my family, it was a hit and it’s super easy. I paired of with white rice and maybe a little terryaki sauce or more veggies. 👌🏽

I read the reviews and added more of all the spices and cooked it for 40 minutes. It was fantastic! Tender chicken, veggies cooked perfectly and really tasty. I will add more veggies next time. Thanks for this simple, low calorie, delicious recipe!
