  • 25 grams foie gras (or the foie you want)
  • 25 grams quince jelly

    Directions

    1. Melt the chocolate. With the help of a fine kitchen brush we paint the cavities of the mold with the chocolate. We put in the freezer 5 minutes to harden. We put a little foie and quince in each cavity. Again in the freezer, 5 minutes. Then we paint each cavity until coated with chocolate. Last 5 minutes of freezer, remove from mold carefully and you already have the chocolates !!
