Ingredients

  • 400 milliliters warm water

Directions

  1. Mix the yeast with the water and the olive oil and add to the other ingredients.
  2. Knead well until the dough is loosening in the hand.
  3. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise until it doubles its size.
  4. You can prepare the dough on the bread making machine with the mass program.
  5. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and extend it with the help of a kitchen roll, forming rectangles.
  6. Cut half of the rosemary into small pieces and spread over the focaccias.
  7. Bend the tips so that rosemary will be in the dough.
  8. Extend the dough again and make dimples with your fingertips.
  9. Let it stand in the pan, lined with parchment paper for 25 minutes.
  10. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with remaining rosemary and olives.
  11. Bake in preheated oven at 350 ° F for 30 minutes.
