Ingredients

400 milliliters warm water
1 1/2 teaspoons salt (flower)

700 grams wheat flour
3 teaspoons sugar
3 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
rosemary (to taste)
olives (to taste)
olive oil (flavored with rosemary to taste)

1 pinch salt

Directions

1Mix the yeast with the water and the olive oil and add to the other ingredients.
2Knead well until the dough is loosening in the hand.
3Cover the bowl and let the dough rise until it doubles its size.
4You can prepare the dough on the bread making machine with the mass program.
5Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and extend it with the help of a kitchen roll, forming rectangles.
6Cut half of the rosemary into small pieces and spread over the focaccias.
7Bend the tips so that rosemary will be in the dough.
8Extend the dough again and make dimples with your fingertips.
9Let it stand in the pan, lined with parchment paper for 25 minutes.
10Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with remaining rosemary and olives.
11Bake in preheated oven at 350 ° F for 30 minutes.
