I can't call them fluffy, but it was nice. I used apple sauce instead of oil, and didn't add any syrup as the oranges were sweet enough. I did it in a dish instead of individual muffins. It barely rose and was very dense, but still tasty. Cut it into 6 squares.

Wonderful, fluffy, fresh and I will definitely make again. I made som changes based on what I had available, here they are. I increased the flour 1 1/2 Wheat, 1 1/2 AP, +1/4 cup for berries. I used 1/2 cup buttermilk instead of yogurt, in addition to maple syrup I added 2Tbsp Karo syrup and 2 Tbsp Black Strap Molasses, 2 tsp vanilla not 1, In addition to 1 cup of blueberries I also added 1/2 cup raspberries, and 2 eggs. The changes are slight but I am very pleased with the outcome.
