I followed the recipe to the letter, they turned out flat, gritty and overly salty. my family loves pancakes and this was a resounding failure. Next time ill invite some of my adversaries over and feed them this and claim VICTORY!

Awesome! These Shazam-cakes were gone before they hit the table. So easy to make, has the right ingredients and be prepared for lightning fast consumption. As a bonus, fresh blueberries were added. Thank you for sharing!

These are yummy, even my kids liked them! They are slightly different in texture than a traditional pancake but very good.

Super tasty, added cinnamon, drizzled with honey and topped with a mix of strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries

Wonderful! I will make this again!
Edit: This time, I substituted flax egg for normal egg, and I guess that made the mixture stick to the pan? I baked the rest of the batch and they came out amazingly well!

Wasn't able to get the full recipe so I don't think it turned out right for that reason. Flavor was good though after I added some brown sugar.

Thinking I had a mix at home I offered pancakes to my children before school. I found this one quickly and it looked great!! I read through the blog and followed the instructions to cook on medium heat- great suggestion as I’ve burned them in the past.
My husband and my kids took bites and spit it out. We’ve had almond flour pancakes before and they’re usually my daughter’s favorite. A sweetener was missing. Thinking it was my fault I re-read the recipe and there was no sweetener of any sort. We put honey on top but it wasn’t enough.
“Tastes like a cornbread muffin that was too salty” is what my husband said.
I’m definitely going to try the recipe again as it had great potential. A teaspoon of sugar or maybe applesauce or something else mixed in will hopefully make them perfect. But until there’s work to do!
