Have made this 5 times and it's been a hit with every group of people I have made it for. I've made it with coconut oil in place of butter and another time, with honey in place of sugar. Doesn't matter what I sub, it's a great treat. I serve them with some fresh raspberries on top. They are even good leftover and cold!!
