Ingredients

50 grams butter
1 1/4 deciliters cream
50 grams honey
250 grams sugar
1 tablespoon flour
200 grams toasted pine nuts (coarsely chopped)
1 orange (zested)
75 grams hazelnuts (coarsely chopped)

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
2In a saucepan, combine butter, cream, honye, sugar and flour.
3Heat thoroughly and cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
4Add the pine nuts, zest and hazelnuts.
5Pour into small Flexipan cookie molds and bake for 4 minutes.
6Let cool and harden before unmolding.
