Description

It’s dipping time! These crackers go well with any soup, but especially tomato and other soups that have a bite. The thyme and parmesan cheese deliver a mild, yet bold flavor that will have you craving more.

Ingredients

  • 150 grams butter (soft)
  • 150 grams grated parmesan cheese (very cool)
  • 150 grams flour
  • 1 eggs
  • fleur de sel
  • fresh thyme

Directions

  1. 1Mix the softened butter, Parmesan cheese, and flour in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. 2Add the egg and stir with a spatula to form a smooth paste.
  3. 3Roll out a rectangle of dough.
  4. 4Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. 5Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  6. 6Roll out the dough directly on parchment paper, until 3 millimeters thick.
  7. 7With a knife or pizza cutter, cut the dough into rectangles.
  8. 8Mix the fleur de sel and the thyme, then sprinkle on the crackers.
  9. 9Bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool before separating.
